Sound Bath + Reiki: Reconnecting with the Heart Chakra

This month’s session is a tender return to your own heart.

Guided by the energy of the Heart Chakra, we’ll explore the quiet wisdom of love, compassion, and self-trust—without rushing to “heal” anything. This is a gentle evening of sound, stillness, and energy work designed to help you feel more connected, held, and safe within yourself.

We’ll begin with time to settle in—tea, connection, and soft music as you arrive. Then we’ll move into a Reiki-infused sound bath and a short guided meditation that invites you to listen to the language of your heart.

This session is ideal if you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, distant from your body, or simply longing for a sense of inner openness and peace.

Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable—yoga mat, pillow, blanket. The floor is padded, but feel free to layer as needed.
