Energy Realignment Sessions
Energy healing here isn't a one-size-fits-all practice. Each session begins with you-what you've been experiencing, what you're noticing in your body and emotions, and what you need that day. From there, we may draw from Reiki, intuitive energy work, chakra work, marma point therapy, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, or somatic practices to create a session specifically for you.
Soma Connect
90-minute Energy + Somatic Session
For when you feel disconnected from yourself and aren't quite sure what your body or emotions are trying to tell you.
We'll use conversation, breathwork, a full-body energetic scan, somatic awareness, and energy work to help you get out of your head, notice what's happening within you, and reconnect with what you need.

Energy Healing Alignment
60 minutes
For when you've been carrying more than usual and can feel it catching up with you.
Take an hour to put some of it down, quiet the noise, and receive the support you need to feel lighter, more settled, and better able to meet what's waiting for you outside our doors.

For when you're already feeling pretty good, and you want to keep it that way.
A shorter session for those familiar with energy work who want to check in, clear out what they've picked up, and maintain the balance and boundaries they've already built.
