Program Structure​​
Over 12 weeks, you'll complete four extended visits scheduled about every three weeks. Each visit is 2 hours and includes:
30 minutes - guided coaching & mapping
90 minutes - hands-on restorative treatment

Visit 1 Focus - Regulation & Baseline Reset
We calm and reset the nervous system, recue overload signals, and establish simple at-home anchors. This creates the biological safety your skin needs to respond and repair.

You'll have completed a personalized at-home lab panel. We'll review how stress and hormone patterns are influencing your skin and assign your hormone-support track.

Visit 3 Focus - Nourishment and Repair Strategy
Nutrition and internal support are tailored to your lab and skin patterns. We focus on inflammation reduction, barrier, repair, and metabolic support - without rigid dieting or overwhelm.
