Join us on the evening of January 2nd for a transformative sound bath experience designed to help you release the parts of yourself that no longer serve you and embrace the person you are ready to become.
✨ What to Expect:
Doors open at 6:30 PM for a gentle start. Arrive early to sip calming herbal tea, ground yourself, and connect with other participants in a welcoming, serene space.
Lori will guide us through the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, combined with somatic techniques and guided visualization to help you connect deeply to your body and enhance your relaxation.
During the sound bath, I will offer Reiki energy healing to each participant (if desired) and incorporate aromatherapy tailored to the chakra that feels most out of balance for you.
