About the event
There are seasons when life asks more of us than we realize.
The mind keeps moving.
The body keeps carrying.
And somewhere beneath it all, our own quiet wisdom waits to be heard.
This gathering is an invitation to pause.
We'll begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice led by Alyssa Warren, allowing the body to soften through long, supported postures. From there, Arlessa Wise will guide you into meditation and an immersive sound bath while Reiki is offered throughout the room to support presence, ease, and integration.
