This is not a passive “float in sound” session.

This is a facilitated downshift—a sound-led somatic journey designed to gently move your nervous system out of survival mode and back into a state where rest, clarity, and emotional release become possible.

Using crystal singing bowls, low-frequency grounding tones, subtle breath cues, and trauma-informed pacing, our facilitator holds a steady container where your body is allowed to let go without performing calm or trying to “be spiritual.”
