Holiday Sound Bath + Reiki

The holidays hold so many layers—joy, tenderness, overwhelm, old emotions rising to the surface. This month’s Sound Bath + Reiki Gathering is designed to help you move through all of it with more ease, softness, and grounded presence.

Join us at the Sanctuary for an evening of deep restoration. Doors open at 6:30 for tea and gentle connection before we settle in together. At 7pm, we’ll begin with a guided meditation to help your nervous system unwind and create space for whatever needs to shift.

From there, Lori will lead you through a healing sound bath with crystal bowls, inviting your mind and body into a state of calm resonance. Throughout the session, Melissa will offer optional hands-on Reiki to support emotional release, heart-opening, and energetic balance.
