There are moments throughout the year when life naturally invites reflection.
The New Moon is one of them.
Rather than looking backward, the New Moon reminds us that every season begins with a single choice: how we want to move forward from here.
Each gathering is inspired by the unique energy of that month's New Moon. While the ritual may change from month to month, the intention remains the same—to create space to pause, reflect, and begin again with greater clarity.
The evening begins with a gentle Yin Yoga practice led by Alyssa, inviting the body to soften through long, supported postures. From there, Arlessa will guide you into meditation and an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath while Reiki is quietly offered throughout the room.
Each month also includes a simple ritual inspired by the current New Moon. S
